I used to assist a Virtual Assistant with her daily tasks. My responsibilities include organizing files and records, updating online trackers and databases, online research and data collection using spreadsheets, reporting and analysis, maintaining and updating client reports, assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, and any other tasks she requires assistance with.
In my previous role, I held the responsibility of promoting and selling products. I efficiently planned daily schedules, prioritizing tasks for maximum productivity. Building strong relationships with doctors and their secretaries was an integral part of my job, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
As part of my duties, I diligently prepared reports to monitor sales performance and progress. Additionally, I sent daily sales reports to provide timely updates to the team and management. I actively managed and expanded the client base by maintaining existing doctor accounts and identifying new ones to target.
In addition to sales-related tasks, I handled customer service inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction among clients. To optimize sales, I regularly checked product availability in various pharmacies, allowing for timely restocking and distribution. Moreover, I facilitated the ordering process by sending purchase orders as needed.
Overall, my role encompassed a diverse range of tasks, blending sales, relationship-building, reporting, and customer service to achieve positive outcomes for the company.
As the Store Manager, my role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. This included regularly checking inventory and verifying the quality of products and raw materials used in the store. I actively managed the ordering process and handled returns while also receiving deliveries and updating job orders.
Supervising the store crew was a vital aspect of my job, involving tasks such as appraisals, monitoring their Daily Time Records, and overseeing their work. I was hands-on in various aspects of the store, assisting in food and drink preparation, serving and bussing tables, and taking orders. Additionally, I diligently addressed customer complaints and took necessary actions, including issuing Notices to Explain or Incident Reports when required.
My responsibilities extended to administrative tasks, such as generating reports, including daily sales reports, and ensuring that all documents were up to date. Providing excellent customer service was a priority, and I handled the deposit of sales transactions. Attendance at meetings and training sessions, as well as training and guiding new crews and management trainees, were integral to my role.
In the capacity of AOM/OM (Area Operations Manager/Operations Manager), I played a broader role that involved the hiring process and conducting meetings for store managers and crews. I participated in high-level meetings with ManCom (Management Committee) and ExCom (Executive Committee) alongside the CEO. Overseeing all stores and managers fell under my purview, and I actively contributed as part of the investigation committee. Furthermore, I played a role in the training process, particularly during orientations.
Administrative duties included thoroughly checking Daily Time Records (DTRs), drafting memos, and generating reports. I diligently followed up on pending concerns to ensure efficient resolution. Throughout my tenure, I remained committed to implementing company rules and regulations while maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all store locations.
I was engaged in product promotion and sales, focusing on increasing brand awareness and driving revenue growth. I actively promoted the products, effectively showcasing their features and benefits to potential customers. My responsibilities extended to the sales process, where I skillfully engaged with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
To ensure efficient operations, I diligently updated and maintained the inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking. As part of my sales approach, I offered samples of the products, allowing customers to experience them firsthand, thereby enhancing their interest and confidence in making a purchase.
Overall, my role involved a combination of salesmanship, marketing, and inventory management to achieve success in promoting and selling products effectively.
