I am a 26-year-old Notre Dame of Midsayap College alumnus with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. With approximately 5 years of BPO experience, I've worked in sales & billing in AT&T, technical support with DirecTV, and drive support in Uber. I also have experience working as a virtual assistant as a Lead Generation specialist for an Australian company, a Backoffice specialist in United Smart Tech, and an appointment maker. I am a sales specialist who is familiar with both the products I will recommend and the needs and wants of my customers. My expertise in billing also extends to handling billing disputes, processing payments and refunds, establishing payment plans, and providing summaries of bills. Google Sheet, Google Meet, Slack, Skype, CRM, Rio, and Telegence are among the tools I am proficient in. In my nearly five years at BPO, I won numerous honors, including top performer of the month, zero absenteeism, 100% VOC, and being a part of the AT&T DAVAO pioneering account. When I was at DirecTV, my team also won an award for having the best performance for three months in a row. My life's career objectives are to apply my skills to support a business' growth and to continue learning to advance my abilities.
