More Info About Me
Hi! I’m turning 38 this year on November, single, living with my parents, siblings, niece, a dog and a cat, I have my regular job that is currently home based and now I want to be part of growing Virtual assistant careers to help myself build much more confidence, knowledge, and at the same time earn more to support myself, my family, my fur babies and some cats around our house.
I graduated in Associate in Computer Science course and I have years of Experience in BPO Industry where I learned how to handle customer concern, like bills information and technical issue using tools base on company's product they offer, also includes manage difficult customers, analyze and provide necessary solution in a timely manner, negotiates and a lot more. I currently working as Administrative office staff where it needs to be organized, evaluate and process orders in a given matter of time. I am still looking for additional job as virtual assistant to expand my experience and help the company grow.
