Mental Health Awareness
There are many individuals with mental health issues in our world. Anxiety, worry, stress, and depression are all fixed in our mental health. You wonder, "Why am I not good enough?" in the midst of the gloom.
Why am I here?
Who am I?
Am I all right?
Is it worthwhile?
What can I do to better myself?
Those lines continue to tingle in your thoughts, and you cry without realizing why. At some point, you asked yourself, "Am I stressed?"
Depress?
Are you experiencing mixed emotions? Sometimes you can't put into words how you feel. You have severed all connections to social media, including friends and family.
You prefer gloom to the vibrant world.
Then you get furious over trivial matters. These include drugs, alcohol, not eating right, and even smashing things for fun.
It is common to feel the sorrow of "failure"; even superstars and wealthy people can experience it. Failure is a natural byproduct of success; it allows you to define who you are.
That is the main reason we felt overwhelmed and anxious. We had failed in some areas. Failure will become your strength; get up, fix yourself, and wipe away your tears.
Here are some strategies for improving your mental health and self-awareness:
· Be Productive
Begin your day with a jog in the morning, followed by frequent exercise and meditation. And, of course, being consistent can help relieve stress.
· Personal Growth
Need to grow as a person, identify flaws, and establish relevant goals.
· Focus on your sleep.
Maintain 7-8 hours of sleep for optimal health and emotional equilibrium.

You will not experience mental health problems if you are self-aware. So, it is critical to have self-awareness and fight for yourself. It is your underlying strength that you slip and fail, but you have the determination to fight back. Your hardships and sorrow will help you grow and succeed. You have yourself to fight against, which gives you courage even though it is not an easy path. Also, success does not have to be physical; it may also be mental.
Embrace yourself.
