Along with the Petronas Towers, Batu Caves is a must-see site for many tourists visiting Kuala Lumpur. The cave is dedicated to Lord Murugan and is one of the most important Hindu sanctuaries outside of India. The statue of Lord Murugan, which stands at the entrance to the main cave and is the focal point of Batu Caves, cannot be overlooked.
