I have experience in an ESL industry, teaching Japanese students how to speak and use English in their daily life, training them how to communicate effectively. I transitioned to an Outsourcing Company which outsources Virtual Assistants to Australian Financial Firms to be their Financial Planning Assistants/Client Service Administrators. I am responsible for administrative tasks specifically, setting up client files and adding client data to the financial planning software, preparing product comparisons, client forms, documents and portfolio reports, managing database in their CRM system and processing/following up their application forms.
