I’m Ronet — a Systems & Operations guy who fixes messy back-end work and turns it into organized, automated, and reliable workflows. I handle the unsexy stuff that keeps businesses running: procurement, inventory, documentation, and operations support.
I’ve built 5 working automations for 3 different businesses (Purr&Co, Don Chupi, Klea Case) — covering inventory tracking, order management, and internal processes. Everything I build is simple, efficient, and built to last. No fluff, just systems that actually work.
I’m comfortable juggling operations, procurement, automation, and admin support, and I learn new tools stupidly fast. I’ve also handled Meta Ads for 3–4 months, giving me hands-on marketing and data understanding on top of ops work.

Responsible for taking care of everything from making sure the cats are happy and healthy to keeping the place clean and running smoothly. A big part of my role is growing our online community by taking lots of great photos and videos of the cats and sharing them on social media. I handle bookings, chat with customers, and make sure everything meets high health and safety standards. Most importantly, I work hard to make the cattery a place people trust and love for their pets.

I built five working automations using n8n—covering inventory, order flow, product updates, and reporting—which reduced manual work and errors across three businesses. I organized and maintained inventory systems for multiple SKUs, including restock tracking, product status, and item movement. I also created SOPs, documentation, and workflow charts to standardize operations. On the procurement side, I handled sourcing, supplier checks, cost comparisons, and follow-ups. I improved back-office efficiency by creating simple but effective tracking tools in Sheets and Notion, and supported daily admin tasks such as data entry, monitoring, updating records, and operations follow-through.
