l Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure all facilities are well-maintained and operational.
l Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs of office equipment, buildings, and grounds.

Project Assistance:
l Support the VP with project management tasks.

l Keep and maintain the documents of the company such as 201 files, SEC, BIR records, client’s records, attendance sheets and other forms.

l Pay and monitor SSS, PHILHEALTH, and PAG-IBIG contributions and utility bills and any debts as it comes due for payment.
