• Manage the social media accounts for JIL Sampaga Church and Switch on multiple platforms, including strategy and schedule.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and Worship Pastors to generate content.
• Creation of all graphics needed for service elements and uploading items in a timely manner prior to service days.
• Provide administrative support on purchasing related tasks:
• Preparation and managing of purchase orders, disbursement vouchers, quotation and request for proposal.
• Reporting directly to the IT Officer and collaborating closely with other IT team members. Responding to queries in a timely and accurate manner and resolving queries to the user's satisfaction.
• Provide user support and assistance for any technical and system related issues (hardware, software, troubleshooting, networking, installation).
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
