• Billing and Technical Support
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting to customer's services( TV, Internet, and Phone)
• Answer customer's billing questions
• Offer new product or service to customers if they don't have it yet ( Cellphones, Internet, and Telephone)
• Assist customer in making changes to their appointment or if they have questions about the appointment status
• Assist customers in making changes to their accounts. (e.g Downgrade or upgrade service)
• Calling home/property owners if they are interested in selling their property in its AS IS condition .

We are a "Preferred real estate team and we call different people regarding home searches when they sign up online and ask if they're interested in buying and live transfer them to a Team lead who will help them with their homebuying process.
