Assists the physician in the provision of medical services and emergency procedures to all admitted
Collects and document data facilitate schedule of laboratory studies and other diagnostic procedures and provide direct patient care services
Performs nursing procedures based on standard nursing practices
Conduct patient monitoring following physician’s orders;
Observes and responds to other patient needs;
Carries out orders of the physician and transcribes in the prescribed form
Administers medication and observes patient reaction.
Auditing records to ensure correct coding and documentation, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
Reviewing and analyzing patient records, including medical test, treatments, and other healthcare services provided to each patient
Documentation related to data, assessments, evaluations and diagnoses and adheres to data privacy act.
Organize and submit PhilHealth claims for inpatient, outpatient, and other healthcare services, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
