Hi! Ronabel Pacia-Tiu is my name, however, I like to be addressed as "Bhel" by everyone. I am 32 years old and have been married for two years. I earned a Cum Laude Latin honor in my Business Administration course with a Financial Management major. I live in San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines.
After earning my degree in 2014, I was hired as a Market Research Staff at Honda Philippines Inc. in Batangas City, Philippines. I prepared the daily sales report for the vice president of the company. The following year, I was hired as a payment account teller for a POGO company in Makati City, Philippines. For four years, due to my hard work and perseverance, I was promoted to QA Associate II. I managed three teams under the Accounting Department and collaborated with the Team Leaders for daily reports. Those roles have enhanced my organizational and leadership capabilities.
During the 2020 pandemic, I joined a multi-level marketing organization in the Philippines. I led my team while also fostering the professional development of everyone else. I handled my pages and accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, where I did the strategies and planning, marketing, content, and engagement. Everything is online, including meetings and training. At this point, I learned about virtual assistants.
My experiences helped me to acquire new abilities and skills that allowed me to grow personally. I have developed a variety of abilities throughout the years, both technical and personal. I also have expertise using various digital tools, such as Google Workspace, MS Programs, graphic design software like Canva, and video conferencing and communication platforms. Whilst experiences and qualities are significant, the importance goes further.
As I transitioned into a virtual assistant role, I studied courses to enhance my skills and knowledge. I took a GVA training course at ProVA and got my certification. I became part of a project-based job to be a product lister in Shopify, my first job as a virtual assistant. Two years have gone by since I became a data entry specialist. I was still employed part-time. I've been working a flexible schedule for an international vacation rental company for nearly two years.
As a virtual assistant, I consider myself to be resourceful, adaptable, and willing to go above and beyond to provide outstanding service. I think of myself as enthusiastic, diligent, and "can-do" when it comes to my work.
