Quality Assurance – CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS INVESTIGATION TEAM
o Prepare documents needed in IATF 16949, ISO 14001 Audit (Internal and External).
o Familiarization on 8D of Problem Solving and its process and concept.
o Communicates and answers Quality related concerns and inquiries by Customer.
o Conduct Simulation and Test for Customer Claim and Issues.
o Provide and implement work instruction, procedures and work standards.
o Assigned Leader for the presentation of Kaizen Small Group Activity yearly.
o Communicate to Local and Foreign Suppliers.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
