I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Management in 2019 and am also a licensed professional teacher, which has not only sharpened my communication skills but has also enhanced my ability to adapt and manage diverse responsibilities.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained hands-on experience in administrative work, including data collection, data entry, and processing land survey returns. I also have a background in customer support, working with tools like Salesforce, handling remote troubleshooting, and managing appointments. I’ve spent time as a content moderator, reviewing and ensuring compliance with online community standards, and I am proficient in a variety of software and tools that help streamline my work, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and others.

One of my true passions is troubleshooting, especially when it comes to technology. I love problem-solving and figuring out solutions to technical challenges, and I take pride in resolving issues efficiently.

I’m also currently diving into learning about Shopify, sharpening my skills in e-commerce and expanding my knowledge in the digital space.
