I love my job and achieving milestone with the team. I have been working in the BPO industry for nearly 10 years and with this experiences, I was able to explore, learn and understand different cultures.
I decided to change my career, to be able to stay at home, spend time with family while I earn and still do what I love to do which is helping customers and business owners.

- Calling potential school admins to sign up to an E-sport program and guarantee an appointment with us.
- Once appointment has been confirmed, follow up to those scheduled appointments and encourage to create an account and sign up their respective school.
- Help admins and students create their personal and school profile, then choose the program for the team
- Once there is a successful sign up, encourage to enroll to a coaching program either one on one or group.
- Calling out previous team from last season to re-join the upcoming season.
-Handled multiple chat inquiries for order creation, signing up new customer, manage data allowance, cancellation of service, moving of service, suspension, billing/refund inquiries, technician appointment setting and order status.
-We receive an average of 40 chats per day catering multiple concern such as technical, bereavement, complaints and missing orders.
-Responsible in answering customer inquiry about car and hotel reservations while providing outstanding customer experience.
-We manage corporate reservation, group reservations, hotel star rating and amenity updates.
-We are also in charge to complete Incident Reports forms to assist in addressing guest concern and complaints in a considerate, efficient and thorough manner.
- I was then hired as Trainer mentee where I conduct Initial Interview to our applicant, assessments, mock calls and sometimes Final Interview.
- I have experience creating end of day reports, weekly reports and monthly Business Reviews with our clients.
My responsibilities as a logistics representative is to make sure that all customer will be notified of the status of their packages. I am also assigned in Address Fulfillment form for those undelivered package.
