Lead Routing & Testing
Routed leads from client's CRM, websites, or via imported files.
Depending on the type of leads that the client wanted, I made sure that it was all routed to our main CRM using Zapier, native integration, or imported files and funneled through the telephone system that agents used for cold calling.
This was an ongoing project and was a vital part of my task working as a Data Manager.
