Same job description as Tenant Relations Officer but act as Mall OIC as necessary.
Ensure tenant's compliance with lease terms / agreement and company house rules and regulations.
Assist tenants in resolving operational issues.
Implements policies and guidelines of the mall from tenant construction, operation and during egress.
Monitoring of tenant's accounts and responsible in collection of overdue accounts.
Holds seminar/ orientations with regards to mall events, implementation of new guidelines for tenant and customers safety.
Meet with tenant owners/ managers/ staff to resolve issues.
Provide assistance to tenants as necessary.
Attend to customer complaints and act as mediator between tenants and customers.
Responsible in safe keeping of operational files and documents of tenants.
Responsible for the proper implementation of the company's existing guidelines and requirements.
Responsible in assisting the Mall Manager on administrative works, such as answering phone calls, coordination on local government units, calendar management and file management.
Tasks such as phone, email, and calendar management, internal communications and preparing reports.
Handling FB pages, customer reach out and engagement
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
