1. Assists with routine operations and customer relations within established policies
and procedures of the sports facility.
2. Schedules reservations for sports facilities.
3. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies;
promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
4. May troubleshoot mechanical and electronic devices on sports and weight room
equipment and makes repairs as necessary.
5. May troubleshoot and repair laundry room equipment including washers and dryers;
repairs cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
6. May make minor repairs to athletic facilities such as gyms and tennis courts.
7. May perform general maintenance, custodial, and trash removal tasks.
8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
1. Provide administrative, clerical, and customer assistance. Greet customers, prepare
required1. paperwork, process payments, answer inquires, and routine correspondence.
2. Answer telephone and assist the public. Provide routine and general information regarding
departmental and City policies and procedures.
3. Respond to questions and requests for information or direct individuals to appropriate office,
department, or personnel. Relay messages, make appointments, or schedule meetings.
4. Receive complaints by phone or in person
1. Promotes, protects, and maintain the health of the citizenry.
2. Prevent and control communicable and non-communicable diseases by increasing
awareness and advocacy through Information, Education and Communication (IEC)
materials on the causes, risk-factors and transmission.
3. Prepare and strengthen the community to be self-reliant and be able to satisfy their
health needs.
4. Collaborate to various sectors and stakeholders for planning and implementations of
health programs.
5. Formulation and implementation of policies, programs, and projects to promote the
health of the people in the community.
6. Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with the sanitation code.
7. Maintain health information system that provides vital health statistics and health status
indicators.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and managing records.
