As a financial and tax planning staff, this job requires the following tasks:
• Prepare payments, tax returns, reports, and necessary paperwork for the company.
• Checking of necessary documents for the company such as check vouchers, sales invoice, official receipts, and purchase orders
• Monitoring receipts for reimbursement and taxes
• Checking tax returns from companies and individuals
• Making sure the right amount of tax is being paid
• Negotiating the amount of tax to be collected and resolving disputes
• Arranging for the collection of unpaid tax
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Full responsibility for managing the day-to-day accounts function ensuring Sage and Xero are accurate and up to date.
