The Project Development Officer I is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of CFIDP-funded programs and projects aimed at improving the productivity, income, and welfare of coconut farmers and industry stakeholders. The position ensures that projects are implemented in compliance with CFIDP guidelines, government regulations, and PCA policies.
The Field Validation Team (FVT) – Processor is responsible for the review, validation, processing, and documentation of field-validated data related to land tenure, agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs), and DAR-implemented projects. The position supports DAR’s mandate by ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant records for land distribution instruments such as Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) and Emancipation Patents (EPs), as well as for monitoring and evaluating agrarian reform support services and projects.
