o Preparation of Real Property Tax Clearances and Certifications;

o Generate or prepare summary report of the issued Real Proper Tax Clearances and Certifications on weekly basis and be checked and / or verified by your immediate supervisor and furnish the same to the undersigned.

o Prepares various reports relative to procurement on office supplies and equipments and verified by the Administrative In- Charge Staff.
