In this video, recorded during my training in PROVA, I created two automation workflows—one for form submissions and another for appointment bookings. Within each trigger, I configured the necessary components, including calendar settings, email templates, and tags. The objective is to automatically send emails to users who either submit a form or book an appointment, while also managing their progress through the pipeline automatically.
