In my first post, I also improved my skip tracing abilities. I honed my customer service abilities as a first party collections officer on my second posting.I have acquired new abilities in the Mortgage Line of Business at my second firm. I was able to advance my career as a collections specialist,or account receivables specialist, at my most recent employer by acquiring new abilities.

-Doing all the collections efforts for all the accounts of FronteoInc especially the accounts with
past due invoices to bring them back to current standing.
-Assigned also on resolving all the disputes of the client with the help of the billing department.
-Reviewing the Daily Cash Receipts and managing the application of the payments against the open invoices.
-Doing the Set up process of the borrower’s/ customer’s loan in the operating system
-Reviewing the documents submitted by the borrowers and giving them feedback of the needed documents thru the Deal Managers for the loans to be approved.
-Since November 2016 I was assigned to be in the training apprenticeship to do the training of the newbies for the campaign.
Making business to business calls to verify the employment history of the borrowers applying for mortgage loans for Finance of America.
Making business to business communications thru calls and emails about everything that a broker / brokers of PMAC Lending needs.
- Making calls to remind borrowers regarding the balance on their loans.
- Helping out borrowers with their disputes and other concerns in their accounts.
Assisting borrowers on all they need about their Mortgage Accounts.
