(ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE)

• Develop, modify and document recordkeeping everyday transactions in an Accounting System (QuickBooks and Manual)
• Prepares Voucher Payable, Cash and Check Voucher.
• Filing of Check Vouchers/Documents with complete attachments.
• Records invoices or accounts payable activity, sales, and collection in the accounting system on an accrual basis ensuring proper account classification.
• Handle / Disburse petty cash by recording and verifying documentation.
• Checking the Petty Cash Fund and summarizing transactions occurred in PCF.
• Manage and oversee the movement of Inventory. From importing to receiving of Inventory.
• Review and validate Import Documents submitted by suppliers such as, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List and Country of Origin.
• Managing Inventory Levels, maintaining an inventory database, qualifying and communication with supplier partners.
• Monitor Sales Forecast submitted by Sales Representative.
• Assisted departmental manager with month-end and year-end close of Financial Statements.
• Filling of BIR Forms, monthly and quarterly.
