Handles and receives Customer's Claim issued by the customer. Inititates feedback report to the supplier. Prepares the 8D report to the customer and process necessary cost that incurred by the claim to be paid by the supplier.
-Administers the client's website requirement by communicating the details from the customer and to the Dev Team and Vice Versa. Incharge to do the QC checking of the Dev team output by testing the site using the tools required and manually checking the website's performance using the test software.
-Ensures platform development will be timely by being accountable for every task for production from the start of the new client until the testing of the site.
-Provide technical support for resolution of customers’ IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries
-Liaise with other support teams as necessary to resolve customer requests or incidents
-Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
