Many people calls me by my nickname, Riva. I'm a Bachelor's and a scholar graduate of Hotel and Hospitality Management at a state university which is Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. I am a 24 years old woman who aspires to give my family the better life. We always dreamt of that right? I have 2 siblings and I'm the eldest of them. My favorite catchphrase is that life is about taking risks and never settling for the status quo. My goal is to always find creative solutions to any problem that I come across. And that is the reason why I opt to take the challenge to be a Virtual Assistant. I maybe an extroverted introvert person, but I can attest to you that I can be your Jane of All trades as well.

Aside from arts and singing, my other passion is to help others succeed. During my 3 years in a corporate job as a Senior Admin Assistant, I specialize in providing administrative and operational support to businesses as well as personal support to busy individuals. I pride myself on my ability to provide excellent customer service. But most especially, my number one asset is my LOYALTY, TRUST AND INTEGRITY. I can work with no supervision and assure you that I can still give you the best output. In line with that, I am highly organized and detailed, with the ability to be proficient in a variety of software including Microsoft Office, Google Apps and other tools. My communication skills may not be a top notch but I'm a fast learner and also an active listener that can easily adapt to any situation.
