Oversee the overall operations of the all company projects of the concerned departments mentioned above.
Sales and Marketing
- Responsible for establishing and implementing strategic and tactical sales plan to capitalized on market to generate sales.
- Managed corporate functions including product launch, advertising (including online advertisements), marketing collaterals and events such as but not limited to open houses and other related brokers event.
- Handles both the internal (In-House Sales staff) and external (Broker Channel) including Digital Marketing across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales engagement and leads.
- Conducting different projects ocular inspection with similar properties to determine competitive market prices.
- Train, motivate, and lead sales and marketing team to achieve set objectives and targets.
- Coordinates with various departments on the concerns related to sales.
- Handles customers concerns such as but not limited to construction progress updates, quotations on additional and or modification of unit, bank or PAG-IBIG status, payments among others.
- Ensuring the target sales is achieved.
- Handling the customers grievances on sales related problem.
- Participating on the interview process on hiring new staff for the department concern.
After Sales
- Coordinates to the Operations Department for construction progress updates on the unit to ensure target date of completions are achieved and unit turn over will be timely.
- Responsible for coming up with the necessary strategies for the department in ensuring clients are satisfied and departmental goals are realized.
- Involves in directing and coordinating with the customer to ensure clients concerns are attended appropriately according to established customer service standards.
- Manages post-sales services to clients to ensure the firm’s promise of good customer service is actually enjoyed by customers.
- Train, motivate, and lead after sales team to achieve set objectives and targets.
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding service quality.
- Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning warranties.
- Ensure compliance with company policies when carrying out job duties.
Property Management
- Manages the general cleanliness and maintenance of the company’s subdivision properties such as but not limited to club house, swimming pools, street lights, open spaces.
- Manages the Security Department and ensure the peace and orderliness of each subdivision premises.
- Assist home owners in resolving issues and complaints on beyond warranties concerns.
- Checking of modifications under construction from time to time or as needed ensuring the policies and guidelines are being followed based on the designs submitted.
- Monitors the administrative construction and checks whether the timelines are met.
- Monitors the preventive maintenance for grass cutting activity.
- Monitors garbage collections are done regularly and dispose of properly.
- Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
- Overall management of the business and the project ensuring the business profitability.
