• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

• Liaising with different people from different countries to complete the process for
issuing certificate of conformities.
• Preparing documents for audits and ensuring all are complying.
Assist the Admin. Manager in all his task, and performs other related duties that the CEO may assign from time to time.
Job Description:
• Acting also as a Secretary and a Customer Service Representative for our 24/7 helpdesk.
• Creating and maintaining office documents.
• Overall office keeping.
• Supervising the work of low level clerks and assign jobs to them.
• Interaction with supervisors and clients.
• Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects on the firms dealing and working.
• Making quotations and LPO’s.
• Receiving complaints from clients and resolve them appropriately.
• Coordinate to Supervisors and giving them everyday task schedule.
• Answering of phone calls and forwards them to concern personnel.
• Greets visitors.
• Checking of emails and response them accordingly.
• Getting appointments with the clients and coordinate them with the in-charge personnel.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
