These experiences have shaped me into a highly adaptable and resourceful individual with a passion for helping others thrive.
Currently, I graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, where I’ve honed my skills even further. · Conducting recruitment and employee screening processes.
· Assisting in the initial processing of applicants.
· Providing orientation to employees regarding their roles and responsibilities.
· Accurately input and update data such as Stock Monitoring Report, Near to Expire Reports and RPS Report into company database using Microsoft Excel.
· Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy.
· Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
· Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflow efficiency.
· Actively engage with customers to promote and sell Chocomani products.
· Provide detailed product information to encourage customer purchases.
· Monitor product displays and ensure they are well-stocked and appealing.
· Address customer inquiries.
· Accurately input and update data such as Stock Monitoring Report, Bad Order Items into agency database using Microsoft Excel.
· Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy.
