My primary responsibilities as a sales associate member are to develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, identify customer needs, promote and sell products, services, and solutions, and provide excellent customer service. I must also ensure customer satisfaction, monitor customer feedback, and track sales metrics and progress.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion
• Monitor, review and respond to user comments and reviews on social media platforms
• Track and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of campaigns
• Manage and oversee creative development of all social media content, including videos, images and copywriting
• Suggest new ideas and strategies for engaging with customers on social media
• Build relationships with key influencers and partner brands
• Monitor trends in social media tools, platforms, and applications
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends
