-Reach out to potential customers on social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook)

• Assists in the encoding/updating of data/information and submits report/data/information to the Department of Health - Centers for Health Development and other stakeholders
• Coordinates with different stakeholder for the submission of reports

• Enhances and sustain logistics management system
• Works with Facility Manager who shall oversee his/her activities in the treatment monitoring facility
• Submits Daily Time Report, Accomplishment Report and other administrative related documents/reports required from the deployed human resourced signed/approved by the Facility Manager for purposes of compensation, program monitoring, and evaluation as may be required by the Department of Health
• Performs other related functions as may be assigned subject to the approval of the Department of Health
-Assists all IT inquiries and issues of guests and admin within the property remotely and on-site
-Manage IT assets within the property
-Collaborate with IT Vendor/Contractor for escalations with system issues and inquiries
-Update annual maintenance contract and service contract from vendors and service provider
-Deploy and configure all workstations and IT devices
-Logs and raise tickets all IT-related issues/request thru our ITSM (ServiceNow)
-Organizing daily sales to all outlets in the property
-Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the finance department
-Applying voids or canceled orders with the manager’s approval
-Applying for discounts or promotions accurately
-Receiving payment via cash, credit/debit cards, and room charges
-Opening and closing all checks
-Responsible for handling cash float in and out of the outlet
