Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and mailing documents
Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage for home health services, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Insurance
Maintain and update patient records accurately and confidentially
Serve as the primary liaison between patients, families, and healthcare
providers in a virtual setting.
