• Assists tenants and property owners or property managers
• Makes follow up calls for monthly rent payments and outstanding balances
• Send maintenance requests and reports to owners and property managers
• Follow up on maintenance requests with assigned vendors
• Verifies warranty of appliances and devices within the property for maintenance
• Post payment and credits on tenant accounts
• Document call history and contact history for the tenant, owners, property managers, and maintenance
• Make and follow calls for property inspections to housing and villages
• Prepare and sends lease and other documents (legal notices) for signature to the tenant, owners, and property managers
• Verifies checks received for deposits
• Process rental assistance application submitted by tenants
• Perform other functions assigned by Head VA
• Transcribes podcast (Heart Sells! Podcast) using Otter
• Create key Notes and Shows Notes from the Podcast episodes
• Post transcribe Podcast to Word Press
• Update Podcast Collection on Google Drive
• Edit videos subtitles, title and descriptions on YouTube for all Podcast and Introductory Videos
• Create Modules using Thinkific and Infusionsoft using WP data
• Performs other tasks assigned such as updating the page in Influencersoft, Deadline Funnel
• Editing website content using Thrive Architect
• Process and submit payment in behalf of residents to their property management
• Process and set up auto payment in behalf of residents
• Help resident by walked through on how to make payment online
• Help resident by walked through on how to add units / property on their profile
• Help resident by walked through on how to set up auto payment
• Add property to the ClickPay portal so resident can start paying or set up auto payment
• Review and Search any payment made through ClickPay
• Answer email inquiry and residents request using Zendesk
