When I am at the office, I am responsible for inputting all expenses of the company in its own accounting system, helping the accounting team in bank reconciliations. I help them in terms of verifying discrepancies when there are expenses that doesn’t include receipts, since the company needs all issued receipts to liquidate the expenses correctly. I am also responsible for the payroll of the two (2) company as a timekeeper and records the employees late and undertime.
