Oversee all the transaction and processes in the branch. Establish safe keeping on jewelry pawn items, auctionable items and all the branch funds. Maintain staff through giving orientation and training for newly hired employee. Conduct branch monthly meeting. Managing inventory and ordering of office supplies and equipment. Do weekly, month end and narrative reports on branch performance. Appraising of pawned items. General administration.
