Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries and adjustments in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Support internal and external audits by providing complete, organized, and accurate ledger documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
Perform reconciliation of statutory liabilities and other payables to ensure compliance with government regulations and prompt remittance.
Maintain supplies ledger cards to monitor usage, stock levels, and timely replenishment of office and operational supplies.
