• Responsible for end to end transaction processing specifically for a healthcare account in the US.
• Handling issue resolution to ensure department and customer needs are met.
• Manage to complete transactions with 100% quality as well as meeting productivity on a daily basis.
• Input data using various tools and applications.
• Process data in a specific system for clients, claim ready and customer service agents as our end user.
• Responsible in processing client specific benefits and payments both medical and dental plans that should met healthcare provider's
criteria and state's law.
• Serves customers by completing account transactions.
• Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, and recording night deposits.
• Sells cashier’s checks, manager’s check and gift checks.
• Answers questions in person or on telephone and refers customers to other bank services as necessary.
• Records transactions by logging cashier’s checks, manager’s checks, and other special services; preparing currency transaction reports.
• Reconciles cash drawer by proving cash transactions, counting and packaging currency and coins.
• Reconciles loan coupons and other transactions.
• Maintains supply of cash and currency and turns in excess cash and mutilated currency to cashier.
• Complies with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions, maintaining customer traffic surveys, auditing other tellers’ currency, and assisting in certification of proof.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
• Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
• Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Network with tour operators
