Ms Excel - I used this tool in a large data when it has multiple category to organized it accurately.

Powerpoint- best tool to use in reporting and presentations.

GoogleDocs- it is the safest tool and accessible one. I just need to login to access in my file no need to hassle bring a hard drive with me or share it to team.
