The position is clearly made to get a client and sell the company’s product. The main goal is to do outbound calls and making sure clients or leads will turn to opportunities so that the Senior Funding Advisor will let the client sign the contract. Pitching clients with product and giving them detail information about the product overview, doing hard rebuttals if clients are hesitant to commit after they submitted and inquiry online.
Answering customers inquiries through chat and email, sending updates to customers, regarding the location of their order. As an SME or Subject Matter Expert, assisting new agents on how chat support works and making sure they know how to use the tools.
Placing orders for customers and making sure payment was made successfully. As an Escalations Supervisor, handling customers complaints especially for delayed delivery and wrong products.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
