Hello, my name is Reynadith Pandan, but you may call me Ren. In June 2016, I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurial Marketing from Mindanao State University-Main Campus.
For six years, I worked as a financial analyst for the Department of Social Welfare and Development under the KALAHI-CIDSS program. Some of my primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
(i)preparing a work and financial plan and ensuring that all scheduled activities are supported;
(ii) Examine the completeness, correctness, and legality of all supporting documentation for disbursement vouchers.
(iii) Assist in the execution of procurement operations to guarantee compliance with current rules and regulations on implementation; and
(iiv) Assist community volunteers with technical preparations.
We had a work-from-home arrangement throughout the epidemic. This has allowed me to work as an online instructor for 51 talk. This exposed me to an online learning environment and gave me a sense of the possibilities of working from home.
This chance allowed me to try out new abilities and push myself.
My years of experience managing many infrastructure projects have taught me how to multitask and build solid time management skills. Handling foreign-funded and government-funded projects, as well as various program implementations, has helped me acquire a keen attention to detail and the ability to operate under pressure. I feel these abilities are crucial, and I am looking forward to working through online engagements.

Provide technical assistance to volunteers by conducting finance training with the use of Powerpoint and Canva.
The Municipal Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible in (i) training community volunteers on financial management and fiduciary processes; (ii) assisting and providing TA to community volunteers in setting-up systems and processes for community-based finance management and fiduciary control, and; (iii) exercising QA and QC directly, over financial transactions relative to the request for, release and accounting of community grants;(iv)maintained database for RFR Monitoring, tracking Status of Community Grants, and DV Monitoring are regularly updated.
