Hi, I’m Reymund Catalan. My journey into the virtual assistance world started from a place of deep purpose—to serve, support, and make life easier for others.

With over 10 years of experience in leadership, sales, and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry in the Philippines, I had the privilege of working my way up from a medical representative to district manager. Those years taught me discipline, empathy, and the value of building strong relationships. I led teams, developed marketing strategies, and worked directly with healthcare professionals—all while learning to adapt, stay organized, and meet high expectations.

When I moved to Canada, I took a leap into a new environment—this time in healthcare and food service operations. I became more hands-on, working closely with people from diverse backgrounds, and continued to sharpen my skills in communication, service, and multitasking. These experiences not only made me flexible but also deepened my commitment to excellence in any task I take on.

As a Virtual Assistant, I now bring all of these experiences together. I can help you with administrative tasks, data entry, content creation, customer service, and marketing support.
