I have years of experience working in the life insurance industry, and I currently serve
as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both the New Business and Aftersales processes. I am
responsible for providing instruction and cascading, as well as updates and new projects. As a
junior process engineer, it is my responsibility to provide reports, as well as to offer insights,
analyses, and recommendations in order to help my team achieve its goals. In addition to
providing sales support for the distributors, I am also responsible for managing administrative
and development responsibilities (although coding is not one of them) in salesforce/CRM in
order to adapt to changes based on the requirements of the distributors.
