Manages the general administrative tasks of the business from the entry of registration of clients to the CRM and exporting to google sheets (excel) for monitoring. Calculate instructor’s base pay and bonuses and basic bookkeeping of accounts and billings, and customer satisfaction through phone or email.
▪ Weekly strategic planning/forecasting. Manages overall staffing requirements and manpower needed by the client for every interval (hours of operation).
▪ Provide real-time updates with regards to the status of operations, attainment to service level, analysis of changes in staffing and action plans to achieve desired service level goal to hit B2P.
▪ Creates interval and end-of-day reports to show daily, weekly and monthly analysis of the productivity by the operations and brainstorms for any rooms for improvement.
