As the breadwinner in the family, I worked as a BPO agent for almost 7 years, handling various types of accounts such as inbound/outbound calling, emailing, chatting with customers, and doing some excel/word files.
I appreciated the company's collaborative work environment and commitment the most. I always make it a point to complete the tasks assigned to me and to do so in an excellent and efficient manner.
When I'm not working, I enjoy doing outdoor activities like basketball, tennis, and other sports. I also enjoy going to beaches to relieve stress and allow myself to begin again with a more positive attitude.
