-Follow up payers to ensure timely resolution of all outstanding claims, via phone, emails, fax or websites.
-Analyze and identify trend claims issues to proactively reduce denials and rejections.
-Proficient in use of insurance payer portals and EMR tools such as; EPIC, ATLAS, ALLSCRIPTS, CARBON HEALTH, WAYSTAR and CHANGE HEALTHCARE.
-Appeal Writing and Appeal Submission.
-Handling Hospital and Professional claims.
-Reviewing medical claims to endure client reimbursement payments are accurate and reprice claims
