I am an undergraduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, and I have completed a two-year course in Office Management.
Currently, I work full-time as a Sales Coordinator, where I manage customer databases, send and follow up on Statements of Accounts, handle email correspondence, and communicate with local customers regarding their orders. I also monitor and track inventory to ensure smooth operations.
I am proficient in using CRM software systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, which helps me efficiently manage customer relations and streamline sales processes.
I am a detail-oriented and organized professional who values teamwork, accuracy, and consistent communication in maintaining strong client relationships.
