1. Attends queries and updates employees’ company’s requirements related to SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG, and BIR.
2. Facilitates employees’ SSS account / online and movements of employees’ loan applications and other benefits that employees’ wants to avail which are related to SSS and PAG-IBIG.
3. Coordinates with the accounting department on the advancement of SSS, the reimbursement of same from the SSS, and the necessary deductions due to employees.

1. Conducts orientation / induction to all employees and newly hired employees (Company Rules and Regulations, Values Formation, and any other related modules).
2. Sees to it that all documents needed for audit is updated and filed accordingly (Training Record, Service Contract, Licenses, and the like).
3. Ensures refresher sessions for FSMS, GMP, Allergen, 5’s, Food Safety Culture, Communicable Diseases, Emergency Preparedness, and other related module accordingly base on the Training Plan.

7. Monitors employment duration to affected employees.
8. Prepares Personnel Action Sheet (PAS) for personnel movements and transfer and records it to personnel movement folder.
9. Updates department’s personnel headcounts.
10. Prepares monthly termination reports and other related documents for submission to DOLE and ensure that Registration letters or Termination notices are kept and filed accordingly.
