Responsibilities:
Room Cleaning & Preparation
Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and suites
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies
Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards
Public Area Maintenance
Clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other public areas
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors regularly
Laundry Services
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens and uniforms
Operate laundry machines and ensure proper handling of fabrics
Inventory and Supply Management
Monitor housekeeping supplies and report shortages
Restock cleaning tools, toiletries, and guest amenities
Safety and Sanitation
Follow proper waste disposal procedures
Use cleaning agents and equipment safely and according to guidelines
Guest Assistance
Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints
Provide courteous and professional service at all times
Reporting and Documentation
Report maintenance issues or damages in rooms or facilities
Log daily tasks, lost-and-found items, and housekeeping activities
Team Coordination
Work closely with front office, maintenance, and laundry staff
Participate in team briefings and training sessions
