-Assists the Building Manager with daily Security operations.
-Monitors the working permits and schedules of service contractors and sub-contractors working on site.
-Ensures all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule.
-Communicates and coordinates with tenants, clients, internal and external departments of the establishment regarding events and safety and/or preventive measures and matters (e.g fire drill exercise, system/facility maintenance schedule, inspection schedule)
-Manages daily maintenance of establishment’s facilities like but not limited to lightings, electrical systems, glass doors, ceiling, pipework, smoke detectors, and fire alarm system, elevator, escalator, CCTVs,
-Conducts regular check ups and inspections of grounds to ensure effective management of recreational facilities, common areas, bay areas, car parks, basement, and landscape areas, etc
-Manages the administration on usage of computerized system and software
-Provides essential Customer Service to the clients and tenants of the establishment
-Markets medical products and services to hospitals, clinics, and doctors
-Identifying potential areas/coverage and discuss improvement and sales plan, processes, and workflow with manager
-Maximizes products and potential coverage
-Implementation of marketing programs and activities
-Responsible for achieving target sales quota
-Responsible for maintaining good rapport with clients
-Customer Service and after-sales service to dealers and accounts
