Calendly syncs with your calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.) and automatically updates your availability. If something is already on your calendar, it won’t offer that time to others, preventing double-booking. Calendly also shows that the interviewee has received the invitation in her email, ensuring she has all the details and can confirm or reschedule the interview if necessary.
